The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 Would that you knew what the crash is! 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 shall inherit a pleasing life, 7 But as for one whose scales are light, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what will explain to thee what this is? 10 A blazing Fire! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
