As the caravan departed, their father said: 'I smell the scent of Joseph, unless you think I am foolish' 94 They said, 'By God, thou art certainly in thy ancient error. 95 But when the bearer of good tidings came to him, and laid it on his face, forthwith he saw once again. He said, 'Did I not tell you I know from God that you know not?' 96 They said: O our father! Ask forgiveness of our sins for us, for lo! we were sinful. 97 He said: "I will ask my Lord for forgiveness for you, verily He! Only He is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most Merciful." 98 So, when they entered unto Joseph, he took his father and mother into his arms saying, 'Enter you into Egypt, if God will, in security.' 99 He helped his parents to a couch and they all fell down on their knees before him. He said, "My father, this is the interpretation of my dream. My Lord has made it come true! He was kind to me when He let me out of prison and brought you from the desert after Satan had brought about discord between me and my brethren. My Lord is the best planner in achieving what He will; He is All Knowing, and Truly Wise." 100 ۞ O My Lord! Thou hast given me of the dominion, and hast taught me of the interpretation of discourses, Creator of the heavens and the earth! Thou art my Patron in the world and the Hereafter. Make me to die a Muslim, and join me with the righteous. 101 This is of the tidings of the unseen, which We reveal unto thee; nor wast thou with them when they resolved on their affair while they were plotting. 102 Yet - however strongly thou mayest desire it - most people will not believe [in this revelation,] 103 And thou askest them not any hire therefor; it is but an admonition unto the worlds. 104
