Man says: "What! When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 Does not man remember that We created him before, while he was nothing? 67 And so, by thy Sustainer, [on Judgment Day] We shall most certainly bring them forth together with the satanic forces [which impelled them in life] and then We shall most certainly gather them, on their knees, around hell; 68 We shall then pick out from every group the one who was most arrogant towards the Most Gracious. 69 We alone know who deserves most to be burned therein. 70 There is not one of you who shall not go down to it: such is a thing decreed, determined by your Lord. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 When Our lucid revelations are read out to them, the infidels say to those who believe: "Which of the two groups is better in standing, and whose company is more excellent?" 73 How many generations that had far more wealth and ostentation have We laid low before them! 74 Say thou: whosoever is in error - surely unto him the Compassionate lengtheneth a length, until when they behold that wherewith they were threatened, either the torment or the Hour, then they shall come to know whosoever is worse in position and weaker as an army. 75 And God shall increase those who were guided in guidance; and the abiding things, the deeds of righteousness, are better with thy Lord in reward, and better in return 76 Have you seen him who denies the truth in Our revelations and says, "I shall certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Has he, perchance, attained to a realm which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception? or has he concluded a covenant with the Most Gracious? 78 By no means! We shall write down that which he saith; and We shall lengthen for him of the torment a length. 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he shall come to us alone. 80 And they have chosen Gods besides Allah, so that they may provide them strength! 81 Indeed no! They will renounce their worship and turn against them. 82
