Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 106 Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 107 "So fear Allah, and obey me. 108 I seek of you no reward for this: my reward is with none except the Lord of the Universe. 109 So fear God and follow me." 110 ۞ They said: "Should we place our trust in you when only the condemned follow you?" 111 Said he: "And what knowledge could I have as to what they were doing [before they came to me]? 112 Their reckoning is upon my Lord, if ye but knew. 113 I will not drive away the believers. 114 I am only a clear warner' 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 So pass a clear judgement between me and them and rescue me and the believers with me." 118 So We saved him, and those who were with him in the laden ark, 119 Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. 120 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And lo, thy Lord, He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
