The people of Noah cried lies to the Envoys 105 when their brother Noah said unto them: "Will you not be conscious of God? 106 “I am indeed a trustworthy Noble Messenger of Allah to you.” 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?" 111 He said: 'I have no knowledge of what they have done. 112 It is only for my Lord to take account of them. Would that you made use of your understanding! 113 Hence, I shall not drive away [any of] those [who profess to be] believers; 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said: "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will be stoned to death." 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 So adjudge between me and them conclusively, and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
