Did you not see those who dispute concerning Allah's Signs? Whence are they, then, being turned astray? 69 Those who gave the lie to this Book and all the Books which We had sent with Our Messengers shall soon come to know the Truth 70 when fetters and chains shall be on their necks, and they shall be dragged into 71 Into the boiling water; then into the Fire they will be stocked. 72 Then it will be said to them: "Where are (all) those whom you used to join in worship as partners 73 other than Allah' They will reply: 'They have gone astray from us. Indeed what we used to call upon before is nothing' Accordingly, Allah leads the unbelievers astray. 74 [The angels will say], "That was because you used to exult upon the earth without right and you used to behave insolently. 75 Enter the gates of hell to abide therein, evil then is the abode of the proud. 76 So you persevere with patience (in your mission). The promise of God is true. Whether We show you some of the punishment We have promised them, or gather you up in death, they have to come back to Us. 77 We sent Messengers before thee; of some We have related to thee, and some We have not related to thee. It was not for any Messenger to bring a sign, save by God's leave. When God's command comes, justly the issue shall be decided; then the vain-doers shall be lost. 78

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
