The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 and blaze a trail of dust, 4 Cleaving, as one, the centre (of the foe), 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
