We built the universe with Our might, giving it its vast expanse. 47 And We have spread out the earth, how Excellent Spreader (thereof) are We! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs, that haply ye may remember. 49 Flee therefore unto Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 50 And make not another an object of worship with Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 Have they bequeathed it unto each other! Nay! they are a people contumacious. 53 so ignore them, you are not to blame, 54 yet go on reminding [all who would listen]: for, verily, such a reminder will profit the believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 Verily Allah! He is the Provider, Owner of power, Firm. 58 For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)! 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
