۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 in a hidden Book 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 Why, then, when the soul of the dying man reaches the throat, 83 Whereas you watch at that moment! 84 – at that moment when We are closer to him than you, although you do not see (Us) 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 there shall be calmness and ease, a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 Then upon you is the greetings of peace (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), from those on the right. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Great One. 96
