Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Allah has destroyed the deeds of those who disbelieved and prevented from Allah’s way. 1 But those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, and believe in the (Revelation) sent down to Muhammad - for it is the Truth from their Lord,- He will remove from them their ills and improve their condition. 2 That is because the ones who deny the truth follow falsehood, while those who believe follow the Truth from their Lord. Thus God sets forth comparisons for mankind. 3 Now when ye meet those who disbelieve, smite their necks until when ye have slain them greatly, then make fast the bonds; then, thereafter let them off either freely or by ransom, until the war layeth down the burthens thereof. That ye shall do. And had Allah willed, He would have vindicated Himself against them, but He ordained fighting in order that He may prove you one by the other. And those who are slain in the way of Allah, He shall not send their works astray. 4 He will guide them [in the hereafter as well,] and will set their hearts at rest, 5 And bring them in unto the Garden which He hath made known to them. 6 O you who believe! If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He will help you, and make your foothold firm. 7 And those who disbelieve, perdition is for them, and He will make their actions vain. 8 That is because they are averse to that which Allah hath revealed, therefor maketh He their actions fruitless. 9 ۞ Have they not travelled through the earth, and seen what was the end of those before them? Allah destroyed them completely and a similar (fate awaits) the disbelievers. 10 This is because Allah is the Supporter of the believers, whereas the disbelievers do not have any supporter. 11
