Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 And We removed from you your burden 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
