The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the inevitable event comes, 1 There is about its happening no lie. 2 Abasing exalting. 3 When the earth will be shaken with a terrible shake. 4 And the mountains shall be crumbled to atoms, 5 Becoming dust scattered abroad, 6 On that day, you (mankind) will be divided into three groups: 7 Those on the Right -- how blessed are those on the Right! 8 Those on the Left -- how unlucky are those on the Left! 9 And the preceders are the preceders. 10 Those are they who will be brought nigh 11 In gardens of tranquility; 12 A number of people from those of old, 13 and a few from later times. 14 On thrones decorated, 15 reclining on them facing each other; 16 There will circulate among them young boys made eternal 17 With bowls and ewers and a cup from a pure spring 18 No after-ache will they receive therefrom, nor will they suffer intoxication: 19 Also, they will be served with the fruits of their choice 20 And flesh of fowls that they desire. 21 And there will be fair ones large eyed. 22 beautiful as pearls hidden in their shells. 23 a recompense for that they laboured. 24 Therein they hear no vain or sinful discourse. 25 All talk will be sound and upright. 26 The Companions of the Right (O Companions of the Right!) 27 They will live amid the thornless lot trees 28 Among Talh (banana-trees) with fruits piled one above another, 29 and spreading shade 30 And water poured out 31 and an abundance of fruits, 32 never-ending and unrestricted, 33 And raised couches. 34 We have indeed developed these women with an excellent development. 35 And made them virgins, 36 Devoted [to their husbands] and of equal age, 37 For those on the right hand; 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
