۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. 76 That (this) is indeed an honourable recital (the Noble Quran). 77 in a Book protected (from tampering) 78 which none can touch except the purified. 79 a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 'Peace be upon thee, Companion of the Right!' 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 then he will be served boiling water, 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 So glorify the name of your Great Lord. 96
