The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 Those are the signs of the Manifest Book. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 But if We had so willed, We could have sent down to them a sign from the heavens so that their heads would be bowed down before it in utter humility. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed rejected (the truth), therefore the news of that which they mock shall soon come to them. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
