Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat)
60 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Dunes (Al-Ahqaaf) before Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the winds which scatter dust, 1 then the bearers of weight (the clouds), 2 And the ships that glide with ease. 3 and execute the great task of apportioning (rainfall): 4 indeed, that which you are promised is true, 5 and surely the Doom is about to fall! 6 By the beautiful heavens, 7 Indeed, you are in differing speech. 8 Turned aside therefrom (i.e. from Muhammad SAW and the Quran) is he who is turned aside (by the Decree and Preordainment of Allah). 9 Perish will those who just guess and speculate, 10 they who blunder along, in ignorance lost 11 They ask, "When will the Day of Judgement come?" 12 [It will be] a Day when they will be sorely tried by the fire, 13 "Taste ye your trial! This is what ye used to ask to be hastened!" 14 Verily the God-fearing will be amid Gardens and water-springs. 15 Taking that which their Lord giveth them; for lo! aforetime they were doers of good; 16 They were in the habit of sleeping but little by night, 17 And in the hours before dawn, they were (found) asking (Allah) for forgiveness, 18 and the beggar and the outcast had a share in their wealth. 19 And in the earth are signs for those who are certain. 20 there are signs for firm believers. Do you not see then? 21 And in heaven is your provision and also what you are being promised. 22 Then, by the Lord of heaven and earth, this is the very Truth, as much as the fact that ye can speak intelligently to each other. 23

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
