Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 that had weighed so heavily on thy back? 3 And exalted your fame? 4 So verily, with the hardship, there is relief, 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 And to your Lord direct [your] longing. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
