The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
