The unbelievers have said, "Shall we and our fathers be brought out of the graves after we become dust? 67 We were promised this, forsooth, we and our fathers. (All) this is naught but fables of the men of old. 68 Say: "Travel in the land and see how (bad) was the end of sinners." 69 Do not be sorry for them, nor be distressed for what they devise. 70 And they say: When will this threat come to pass, if you are truthful? 71 Say, “It could be that a part of what you are impatient for is (already) after you.” 72 And indeed, your Lord is full of bounty for the people, but most of them do not show gratitude." 73 And verily thine Lord knoweth whatsoever their breasts conceal and whatsoever they make known. 74 there is nothing hidden in heaven and on earth, but is recorded in a clear Book. 75 Verily this Qur'an recounteth with truth unto the Children of Isra'il much of that wherein they differ. 76 And it certainly is a Guide and a Mercy to those who believe. 77 Indeed, your Lord will judge between them by His [wise] judgement. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Knowing. 78 Hence, place thy trust in God [alone] - for, behold, that in which thou believest is truth self-evident. 79 You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear your call, when they turn their backs on it, 80 Thou shalt not guide the blind out of their error neither shalt thou make any to hear, save such as believe in Our signs, and so surrender. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
