He it is Who hath created for you ears and eyes and hearts. Small thanks give ye! 78 And it is He Who has created you on the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered back. 79 It is He who gives life, and makes to die, and to Him belongs the alternation of night and day; what, will you not understand? 80 And talk as did the people of old. 81 They say: "Is it that when we are dead and have been reduced to dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 We were already promised this, we and our forefathers. Lo! this is naught but fables of the men of old. 83 Say: "Unto whom belongs the earth and all that lives there on? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 84 They will say, "To Allah!" say: "Yet will ye not receive admonition?" 85 Say thou: who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the mighty throne? 86 They will say: "Allah." Say: "Will you not then fear Allah (believe in His Oneness, obey Him, believe in the Resurrection and Recompense for each and every good or bad deed)." 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: how then are ye turned away? 89 We have sent them the Truth: but they indeed practise falsehood! 90 Allah has not taken to Himself any son, there is no other god with Him. Were this otherwise each god would have taken that which he created, and some of them would have risen above others; Exalted is Allah beyond that they describe! 91 [He is] Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, so high is He above what they associate [with Him]. 92
