He whom we bring unto old age, We reverse him in creation (making him go back to weakness after strength). Have ye then no sense? 68 We have not taught him any poetry nor would it be fitting for him. This is merely a Reminder and a clear Quran 69 To warn the living*, and to prove the Word against disbelievers. (Only the believers are deemed alive in Allah’s sight.) 70 Do they not see that, among the things which Our hands have fashioned, We have created for them cattle of which they are the masters, 71 We have made the cattle subservient to them so they ride and consume them. 72 And therein they have advantages and drinks; will they not then be grateful? 73 They set up deities apart from Allah, hoping that they will receive help from them. 74 Those deities can render them no help. Yet these devotees act as though they were an army in waiting for them. 75 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) do not grieve because of what they (the disbelievers) say; indeed We know what they conceal and what they disclose. 76 Beholdest not man that We have created him from a sperm? Yet lo! he is a manifest disputer? 77 And he propoundeth for us a similitude, and forgetteth his creation; he saith: who shall quicken the bones when they are decayed? 78 Say: "He who created you the first time. He has knowledge of every creation, 79 “The One Who has created for you fire from the green tree, so you kindle from it.” 80 Is not He who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of these? Yea! He is the Supreme Creator, the Knower. 81 Whenever He wills a thing, He just commands it “Be” and it is. 82 Limitless, then, in His glory is He in whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things; and unto Him you all will be brought back! 83

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
