The Key (Al-Faatehah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the entire universe. 2 The Beneficent, the Merciful. 3 Owner of the Day of Recompense. 4 Thee only we serve; to Thee alone we pray for succour. 5 Guide us to the straight path - 6 The path of those whom You have favoured – Not the path of those who earned Your anger – nor of those who are astray. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
