▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
There are two gardens for one who fears standing before his Lord. 46 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 47 [two gardens] of many wondrous hues. 48 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 49 In both of them, there are two springs flowing. 50 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 51 In both of them are of every fruit, two kinds. 52 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 53 Reclining there on carpets lined with brocade, fruits of the garden hanging low within reach. 54 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 55 Therein shall be those of refraining looks whom before them hath deflowered neither man nor jinn. 56 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 57 As (lovely as) rubies and as (beautiful as) coral. 58 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 59 Is there any reward for good other than good? 60 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens,- 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 63 Dark green with foliage. 64 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 65 In them (each) will be two Springs pouring forth water in continuous abundance: 66 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 67 therein fruits, and palm-trees, and pomegranates -- 68 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 69 Therein (gardens) will be fair (wives) good and beautiful; 70 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 71 Fair ones, close-guarded in pavilions - 72 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 73 Whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 74 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich carpets excellent. 76 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 77 Blessed be the name of your Lord, the Lord of Majesty and Glory. 78

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
