The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what do you know what the Calamity is? 3 A Day whereon mankind shall become as moths scattered, 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then, the one whose good deeds weigh heavy on the scales, 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11
