We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Indeed they are two of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 for he was truly one of Our believing servants! 132 And Lut was most surely of the apostles. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 And indeed, you pass by them in the morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138
