We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it. 47 And the earth have We laid out, how gracious is the Spreader (thereof)! 48 We have created everything in pairs so that perhaps you may take heed. 49 “Therefore rush towards Allah; indeed I am from Him, a clear Herald of Warning towards you.” 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they handed down (the saying) as an heirloom one unto another? Nay, but they are froward folk. 53 Turn, then, away from them, and thou shalt incur no blame; 54 but keep on exhorting them, for exhortation benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I do not expect to receive any sustenance from them or that they should feed Me. 57 Verily Allah! He is the Provider, Owner of power, Firm. 58 The evildoers shall have their portion, like the portion of their fellows; so let them not hasten Me! 59 And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised. 60
