▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 Kept in a secure Book. 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 and make it your daily bread [as it were] to call the truth a lie? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, – 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 and We are nearer to him than you, although you cannot see Us -- 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 If he is among the near 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 And if one happens to be of those who have attained to righteousness, 90 he will be greeted with, "Peace be to you," by those on the Right. 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 Lo! this is certain truth. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
