What! Are ye the more difficult to create or the heaven (above)? (Allah) hath constructed it: 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 And He made dark the night thereof, and He brought forth the morn thereof. 29 And afterwards spread out the earth. 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 And the mountains, He made them firm, 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 The Day when man shall remember what he strove for, 35 and the blazing fire [of hell] will be laid open before all who [are destined to] see it. 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Then indeed hell only is his destination. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They will question thee concerning the Hour, when it shall berth. 42 what have you to do with the mentioning of it? 43 To your Lord is its finality. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46
