Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. 45 'In peace and security, enter them' 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 No fatigue will touch them nor will they be expelled therefrom." 48 ۞ Tell My servants I am the All-forgiving, the All-compassionate, 49 At the same time, My chastisement is highly painful. 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 When they entered upon him and said, "Peace." [Abraham] said, "Indeed, we are fearful of you." 52 They said: "Fear not! We give thee glad tidings of a son endowed with wisdom." 53 He said, "Do you bring me such news despite my old age? What kind of good news are you bringing me?" 54 They said: "We give thee glad tidings in truth: be not then in despair!" 55 He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray?" 56 He said, 'And what is your business, envoys?' 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 excepting the folk of Lot; them we shall deliver 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
