The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting, panting horses, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 while running during a raid at dawn, 3 and leave behind a cloud of dust 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 VERILY, towards his Sustainer man is most ungrateful 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
