The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the forenoon (after sun-rise); 1 And [by] the night when it covers with darkness, 2 Your Lord has neither left you, nor despises you. 3 And indeed the Hereafter is better for you than the present (life of this world). 4 Your Lord will soon grant you sufficient favors to please you. 5 Did He not find you orphaned and shelter you? 6 And He found you lost and guided [you], 7 And found you in need, so made you prosperous? 8 So do not oppress the orphan, 9 and do not reject the beggars 10 but proclaim the blessings of your Lord. 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
