The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Ruin is for every open slanderer, backbiter. 1 who amasses wealth and counts it over and again. 2 thinking his riches have made him immortal! 3 Nay! Verily, he will be thrown into the crushing Fire. 4 How will you comprehend what Hutama is? 5 (It is) the fire of Allah, kindled, 6 Which mounteth up to the hearts. 7 It will engulf them. 8 In pillars stretched forth. 9

Almighty Allah's Truth.
