The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 These are the verses of the Clear Book. 2 Perhaps you will kill yourself with grief because they do not believe. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it. 5 They have called (our revelation) lies. They will soon learn the consequences of what they mocked. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 Verily therein is a sign; yet most of them are not believers. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
