۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 But we are a fully accounted army." 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 Thereupon We inspired Moses thus: Strike the sea with thy staff!" - whereupon it parted, and each part appeared like a mountain vast. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 and drowned the other party. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
