Qaaf 3 of 3
The day when We will ask hell, “Are you filled up?” and it will answer, “Are there some more?” 30 Paradise will be brought near for the pious ones 31 (and they will be told), "This is what you were promised. It is for everyone who turned in repentance to God, kept his promise, 32 Who feared Ar-Rahman in secret, and came with a penitent heart: 33 Enter it in peace. This is the Day of Eternity." 34 Theirs therein will be whatsoever they list; and with Us will be yet more. 35 How many generations have We destroyed before them who were mightier in power than they. Then they searched throughout the land to see if there was a way of escape. 36 Surely in that there is a reminder to him who has a heart, or will give ear with a present mind. 37 And certainly We created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six periods and there touched Us not any fatigue. 38 (Muhammad), exercise patience against what they say. Glorify your Lord with His praise before sunrise and sunset. 39 proclaim His praise in the night and at the end of every prayer. 40 And [always] listen for the day when He who issues the call [of death] shall call [thee] from close-by; 41 The Day when they will hear As-Saihah (shout, etc.) in truth, that will be the Day of coming out (from the graves i.e. the Day of Resurrection). 42 We are the one who give life and death, and to Us will be the destination. 43 on the Day when the earth will be rent asunder and people, rising from it, will hasten forth. To assemble them all will be easy for Us. 44 We know of best what they say; and you (O Muhammad SAW) are not a tyrant over them (to force them to Belief). But warn by the Quran, him who fears My Threat. 45

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. (5) وقف المجاذبة أو المعانقة حيث يجب الوقف في أي من موضعين قريبين ولكن ليس كلاهما، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة تظهر في أحد الموقعين باحتمال النصف للنصف.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
