Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ (Muhammad), have We not comforted your heart, 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And raised high for you your repute. 4 Indeed, there is ease with hardship. 5 Most certainly, there is ease with hardship. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
