Remember Our votary Job because he called to his Lord: "Satan has afflicted me with disease and distress." 41 (The command was given:) "Strike with thy foot: here is (water) wherein to wash, cool and refreshing, and (water) to drink." 42 And We granted him his family and a like [number] with them as mercy from Us and a reminder for those of understanding. 43 [We said], "And take in your hand a bunch [of grass] and strike with it and do not break your oath." Indeed, We found him patient, an excellent servant. Indeed, he was one repeatedly turning back [to Allah]. 44 And remember Our bondmen Ibrahim, and Ishaq, and Yaqub – the men of power and knowledge. 45 Assuredly We purified them with a quality most pure, the remembrance of the Abode, 46 And in Our sight, they are indeed the chosen ones, the beloved. 47 And remember Isma'il and Al-Yas'a and Zul-kifl; all of the excellent ones. 48 This was a remembrance. An excellent retreat awaits the God-fearing 49 #NAME? 50 wherein they will recline, [and] wherein they may [freely] call for many a fruit and drink, 51 ۞ and with them maidens restraining their glances of equal age. 52 'This is what you were promised for the Day of Reckoning; 53 Verily this is Our provision: there will be no ceasing thereof. 54 Yea, such! but - for the wrong-doers will be an evil place of (Final) Return!- 55 Hell, wherein they roast: a wretched couch. 56 This - so let them taste it - is scalding water and [foul] purulence. 57 and other similar to it, joined together. 58 This is a crowd rushing in along with you; no welcome for them; verily they are to roast in the Fire. 59 (The followers shall cry to the misleaders:) "Nay, ye (too)! No welcome for you! It is ye who have brought this upon us! Now evil is (this) place to stay in!" 60 They say: Our Lord! Whoever did prepare this for us, oh, give him double portion of the Fire! 61 And they will say, "Why do we not see men whom we used to count among the worst? 62 Did we laugh at them (for nothing), or our eyes fail to pick them out?" 63 Lo! that is very truth: the wrangling of the dwellers in the Fire. 64
