And when Moses said unto his servant: I will not give up until I reach the point where the two rivers meet, though I march on for ages. 60 But when they reached the junction between them, they forgot their fish, and it took its course into the sea, slipping away. 61 When they had passed on (some distance), Moses said to his attendant: "Bring us our early meal; truly we have suffered much fatigue at this (stage of) our journey." 62 He said, "Did you see when we retired to the rock? Indeed, I forgot [there] the fish. And none made me forget it except Satan - that I should mention it. And it took its course into the sea amazingly". 63 Musa said: that is that which we have been seeking. So they turned back upon their footsteps, retracing. 64 Then the twain found a bondman from Our bondmen, him We had vouchsafed a mercy from before Us, and him We had taught from Our presence a knowledge. 65 Moses asked him, "Can I follow you so that you would teach me the guidance that you have received?" 66 He answered: "You will surely not be able to bear with me. 67 “And how will you bear something which your knowledge does not encompass?” 68 Said Moosa, “Allah willing, you will soon find me patient and I will not do anything against your instructions.” 69 He (Khidr) said: "Then, if you follow me, ask me not about anything till I myself mention it to you." 70
