What, are you stronger in constitution or the heaven He built? 27 He raised its roof and made it proper. 28 and He has made dark its night and brought forth its light of day. 29 And the earth He extended after that; 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 Then, when the Great Catastrophe comes 34 on that Day man will [clearly] remember all that he has ever wrought; 35 and the blazing fire [of hell] will be laid open before all who [are destined to] see it. 36 then he who transgressed 37 and preferred the worldly life, 38 Verily, his abode will be Hell-fire; 39 But as for him who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires, and lusts. 40 Verily the Garden! that shall be his resort. 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 Unto thy Lord is the Knowledge of the limit fixed therefor. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
