Hizb 38
< random >
The people of Noah rejected the Messengerss. 105 When their brother Nuh said to them: Will you not guard (against evil)? 106 I am for you an honest Messenger, 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 He said: "And what knowledge have I of what they used to do? 112 My Lord alone can bring them to account, if only you could understand, 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 'I am naught but a plain warner.' 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will, certainly, be stoned to death." 116 He said, 'My Lord, my people have cried me lies, 117 therefore, judge decisively between me and them; and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 We saved him and those who were with him in a fully laden Ark, 119 afterwards, We drowned the rest. 120 There is certainly a sign in that; but most of them do not believe: 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
