The warnings also came to Pharaoh's people, 41 The (people) rejected all Our Signs; but We seized them with such Penalty (as comes) from One Exalted in Power, able to carry out His Will. 42 What then, are your unbelievers better than those? Or do you have an immunity (written) in the Scrolls? 43 Or do they say: "We are a well-accoutred army?" 44 The army will be routed and put to flight. 45 Aye! the Hour is their appointed term, and the Hour shall be far more grievous and far more bitter. 46 The evil-doers are victims of error and madness. 47 On the day when they are dragged into the Fire upon their faces (it is said unto them): Feel the touch of hell. 48 Verily, all things have We created in proportion and measure. 49 And Our command is but one (word) swift as the winking of an eye. 50 We destroyed many people like you (disbelievers) but is there anyone who would take heed (of Our warning)? 51 All that they do is noted in (their) Books (of Deeds): 52 All things small or great have been written down. 53 Surely those who fear God and follow the straight path will be amidst gardens and light, 54 in a seat of truth, in the presence of a Sovereign who determines all things. 55
