The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 and produce sparks 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 Raising clouds of dust, 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 Verily, that Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) their Lord will be Well-Acquainted with them (as to their deeds), (and will reward them for their deeds). 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
