For, God's is the dominion over the heavens and the earth; and on the Day when the Last Hour dawns - on that Day will be lost all who [in their lifetime] tried to reduce to nothing [whatever they could not understand]. 27 You shall see every nation hobbling on their knees. Each nation shall be summoned to its Book. (And it will be said:) 'This Day, you shall be recompensed for what you were doing. 28 This Our Book pronounceth against you with truth. Lo! We have caused (all) that ye did to be recorded. 29 Then as to those who believed and did good, their Lord will make them enter into His mercy; that is the manifest achievement. 30 But, to the unbelievers (it will be said): 'Were My verses not recited to you, but you were proud and were you not a sinful nation' 31 And when it was said, "God's promise is true, and the Hour, there is no doubt of it," you said; "We know not what the Hour may be; we have only a surmise, and are by no means certain." 32 And the evil (consequences) of what they did shall become manifest to them and that which they mocked shall encompass them. 33 It will be said to them, "This Day We shall forget you, as you yourselves forgot that you would meet this Day. Your abode shall be the Fire, and you shall have no helpers. 34 This is only because you had mocked the revelations of God and the worldly life had deceived you. On this day they will not be taken out of hell, nor will they be granted any favors. 35 So all praise be to Allah, the Lord of the heavens, the Lord of the earth, the Lord of the whole Universe. 36 His is the glory in the heavens and the earth. He is the Most Mighty, the Most Wise. 37
