Believers, help yourselves (in your affairs) through patience and prayer; God is with those who have patience. 153 And do not say of those who are slain in the way of Allah, "they are dead." In fact, they are alive but you do not perceive that life. 154 And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to As-Sabirin (the patient ones, etc.). 155 Who, when afflicted with calamity, say: "Truly! To Allah we belong and truly, to Him we shall return." 156 Their Lord will bestow great blessings and mercy upon them; such are the people who are rightly guided. 157 ۞ Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are among the symbols of Allah. So whoever makes Hajj to the House or performs 'umrah - there is no blame upon him for walking between them. And whoever volunteers good - then indeed, Allah is appreciative and Knowing. 158 Indeed those who hide the clear proofs and the guidance which We sent down, after We made it clear to mankind in the Book – upon them is the curse of Allah and the curse of those who curse. 159 Except those who repent and do reform and disclose (the truth) – so I will accept their repentance; and I only am the Most Acceptor of Repentance, the Most Merciful. 160 Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - upon them will be the curse of Allah and of the angels and the people, all together, 161 Under it they shall remain forever; their punishment shall not be lightened, nor shall they be granted respite. 162 Our Lord is the only Lord. There is no God but He, the Beneficent and Merciful. 163
