The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ When the Event (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) befalls. 1 Which is bound to happen undoubtedly -- 2 It will bring down [some] and raise up [others]. 3 When the earth is violently shaken 4 And the mountains shall be crumbled to atoms, 5 So that they become a scattered dust, 6 you shall be divided into three parties, 7 Companions of the Right (O Companions of the Right!) 8 And those on the left hand; how miserable shall those on the left hand be! 9 The foremost ones (in faith and virtue) - the foremost ones in receiving their reward. 10 Those are they who will be brought nigh 11 in the Gardens of Delight, 12 A large group from the earlier generations. 13 And a few from the latter. 14 On thrones decorated, 15 Reclining on them, facing each other. 16 There wait on them immortal youths 17 With goblets and ewers and a cup of pure drink; 18 Their heads shall not ache with it, nor shall they lose their senses. 19 Also, they will be served with the fruits of their choice 20 And meat of birds that they may wish. 21 And wide eyed houris 22 Like unto Pearls well-guarded. 23 A recompense for that which they have been working. 24 They shall not hear therein vain or sinful discourse, 25 Nought but the saying: peace! peace! 26 The companions of the right - what are the companions of the right? 27 They shall be in the midst of thornless lote trees, 28 And plantains laden with fruit. 29 In shade long-extended, 30 and waters gushing, 31 And abundant fruit, 32 Neither out of reach nor yet forbidden, 33 And exalted thrones. 34 Lo! We have created them a (new) creation 35 And made them virgins, 36 loving companions, matching in age, 37 For the Companions of the Right Hand. 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
