Shattering (Al-Infitaar)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the heaven is cleft asunder, 1 when the stars are scattered, 2 when the seas swarm over, 3 And when the graves are turned upside down (and they bring out their contents) 4 Each soul will know what it had sent ahead and what it had left behind. 5 O Man! What deceived thee as to thy generous Lord 6 Who created you proportionately and fashioned you 7 and composed thee after what form He would? 8 Not at all – but rather you deny the establishment of Justice. 9 And indeed there are some guardians over you. 10 noble, recording, 11 who know of all that you do. 12 Lo! the righteous verily will be in delight. 13 whereas the wicked will be in Hell; 14 roasting in it on the Day of Recompense 15 nor shall they ever be absent from it. 16 They will never be able to escape from it. Would that you knew what the Day of Judgment is! 17 Again, what will convey unto thee what the Day of Judgment is! 18 The day on which no soul shall control anything for (another) soul; and the command on that day shall be entirely Allah's. 19
