In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
By those [winds] sent forth in gusts 1 by (the angels) as swift as blowing winds, 2 and raise (clouds) and scatter them around, 3 By those who winnow with a winnowing, 4 And then by those that instil Remembrance into the hearts. 5 To clear or to warn. 6 Indeed, what you are promised is to occur. 7 So when the lights of the stars are put out. 8 And when the heaven is opened 9 when the mountains shall be scattered 10 and when the Messengers' time is set 11 for what Day has this been appointed? 12 For the Day of sorting out (the men of Paradise from the men destined for Hell). 13 And what knowest thou what the Day of Decision is? 14 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 15 Did We not destroy many a nation of the earlier times? 16 And We shall cause those of later times to follow them. 17 Thus do We deal with the sinful ones. 18 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 19 Did We not create you from an insignificant drop of fluid 20 which We then let remain in [the womb's] firm keeping 21 For a certain appointed time, 22 Thus did We Plan and how excellent is Our planning! 23 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 24 Have We not made the earth to draw together to itself, 25 Both for the living and the dead, 26 And made therein mountains standing firm, lofty (in stature); and provided for you water sweet (and wholesome)? 27 On that Day (of Judgment) woe would be upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 28 (It will be said to the disbelievers): "Depart you to that which you used to deny! 29 Proceed to a shadow rising in three columns: 30 [But having] no cool shade and availing not against the flame." 31 The fire will shoot out sparks as big as huge towers 32 (Or) as it might be camels of bright yellow hue. 33 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 34 This is a day wherein they speak not, 35 And they will not be permitted to put forth any excuse. 36 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 37 that Day of Distinction [between the true and the false, when they will be told]: "We have brought you together with those [sinners] of olden times; 38 If now ye have any craft, try that craft upon Me. 39 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
