The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with its (final) earthquake. 1 And the earth throws out its burdens. 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 On that day the earth will declare all (the activities of the human being) which have taken place on it, 4 for your Lord will have commanded her (to do so). 5 That day mankind will issue forth in scattered groups to be shown their deeds. 6 and whoso has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
