The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By (the horses) that charge snorting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 And scouring to the raid at dawn, 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 And violent is he in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
