Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 For use and convenience to you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 and Hell will be brought in sight for anyone to see: 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires, 40 Verily, Paradise will be his abode. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 You are only a warner for those who fear such a day. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
