The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
